Physical Set-up and Facilities
The Campus Library of Pangasinan State University – Urdaneta City Campus is currently located at the Academic Building. It has adequate space and appropriate facilities that is accessible to students and faculty members. Below is a picture of floor plan of the Campus Library:

The location of the Campus Library will be transferred soon to the Engineering Building. The new location is more spacious which will cater to more students and faculty members who want to use the Campus Library. New tables and chairs that will be useful to all the clients of the Campus Library were also purchased.
The library of Pangasinan State University – Urdaneta Campus is strategically planned and functionally designed to allow future rearrangement and expansion. It has a total area od 342.25 square meters to accommodate the following sections:
1. Filipiniana Section; | 6. Reading Area Section; |
2. Reserve Section; | 7. E-resource Section; |
3. Reference Section; | 8. School of Advanced Studies Faculty Section; |
4. General Circulation Section; | 9. Theses Room; and |
5. Memorandum Section; | 10. Librarian’s Office. |
The reading area section of the campus library can accommodate a total of 150 persons at any given time. For better arrangement of the library, the office of the Librarians in PSU Urdaneta is readily accessible. The technical services area is likewise adequate in size, has proper ventilation, lightning and appropriate facilities.
In order to promote the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities to participate fully in the social life and the development of the societies in which they live and the enjoyment of the opportunities available to other citizens, the Technology Building of the PSU Urdaneta where the library is located, is accessible to persons with disabilities. the Technology Building was designed in consonance with the Building Code of the Philippines. To compensate for the need for ramps, the floor areas for the stairs and corridors comply with the Accessibility Law (Batas Pambansa sa Bilang 344).
