Provision of Materials and Other Resources
The provision of materials that will be used for the approved extension programs/proposals also falls under the Extension Services of the University’s budget. The table below shows the University’s budget allocation from 2014 through 2021.
The units of the University like the Campus Extension Office and IT Department annually submits a Project Procurement and Management Plan which serves as a guide document in the procurement and contract implementation process, as well as a vital reference in procurement monitoring.
Below is the PPMP of the Campus Extension Office and IT department for the Academic Year 2022.

Once consolidated by the Campus Supply Office, the PPMP of the campus will be then endorsed to the University for approval. Purchase of equipment and materials needed for the extension program/project, may be processed within the campus if it is below Php 50,000.00. If it exceeds Php 50,000.00 it will be endorsed to the Univ ersity’s Procurement Office for bidding.
Aside from the purchase of materials, there is also a need for competent individuals for the extension program/project to be implemented. On a university level the function of extension is oversaw by the Vice President for Research, Extension and Innovation and the University Extension Coordinator. Each campus has its own extension coordinator, which monitors the implementation of the approved extension programs/proposals of the campus. Below are a few copy of designations for Campus Extension Coordinator.
