Instructional Planning, Delivery, Monitoring and Test Administration

The gauge of quality assurance in education is the effective and efficient methods in the planning of instructional programs and projects, delivery modes of instructions, monitoring mechanisms to determine progress of the activities and test administration for purposes of finding the outcomes of learning.

The process start with the instructional planning activities are identified and programmed by the Campus Executive Director, College Deans, and Department Chairs.

After having been discussed and finalized, these will be approved by the group composed of the above-mentioned campus officials. The copies of the approved planned instructional activities will be provided to the faculty members for implementation.

Class schedules and faculty loading is prepared by the department chair, considering the skills and comptencies of the faculty members. Conduct of classes will follow in which class obervations will be done by the College Dean and department chair. After which, a post-observation conference is conducted to thresh out the strengths and weaknesses of the concerned faculty member.

To determine, the extent of attainment of learning objectives and outcomes, a test will be prepared, constructed and validated to comply with the requirements of the syllabus and respective curriculum.

Results of this process will be endorsed to the CED for student performance evaluation.
