The syllabus includes a list of updated references and suggested readings of print and electronic resources for the last ten (10) years. It also includes provision of remedial measures to strengthen the basic skills needed inthe course and a mechanism to facilitate teaching-learning process.
After the syllabi has been prepared at the workshop, it will then be reviewed by the College Deans and Department Chair, recommending approval by the Dean and Chair, Instructional Material Development Council and approved by VP for Academic Affairs.

The syllabi were regularly checked by the program chair to make sure that all contents were covered, strategies and assessment were proper. Additionally, the university’s initial effort for institutional amalgamation, assessment of learning in general education subjects were departmentalized, textbooks in general education were the same across all courses and for major subject in all campuses. CHED issuance of curriculum revision and based on the approved revised curriculum, this becomes the basis for the requirement needed for the revision of the syllabi. Designation of the Technical Working Group (TWG) will be organized to determine the specification needed in the preparation of the syllabi. The training program of the faculty members will be requested for approval. During the training program, syllabi will be prepared by the concerned faculty members. The industry concern can be invited in terms of need if there are any. The final draft of the syllabi will be reviewed and evaluated by the Chairperson, College Dean and Campus Executive Director. The printed copy of the syllabi will be distributed to the student on the first day of class and inform students that the syllabi can be downloaded on the internet. Also, seminars on OBE Syllabi Making were also undertaken to help the faculty members in the revision and enrichment of the syllabi.
