PPMP/PAR

The Pangasinan State University PPMP serves as a guide document in the procurement and contract implementation process, as well as a vital reference in procurement monitoring. Moreover, it serves as an important tool in resource and financial management, allowing the Procuring Entity the flexibility to optimize the utilization of scarce resources. Well-planned procurement will significantly minimize the practice of doing short-cuts to ensure that the Procuring Entity is able to purchase its requirements for the delivery of public services.

Policy / Process

The BS Information Technology  laboratory supplies and materials are regularly replenished/replaced whenever applicable. A request is regularly done and to be approved first by the department chairman, college dean and CED for all equipment otherwise it can be address directly to supply officer if its consumable. Approved request will process by supply officer for processing/ releasing through Property acknowledgement receipt.
