Monitoring and Dissemination of Students’ Progress

Students’ progress is monitored by the class advisers and faculty-in-charge of each subject where the students are enrolled in. At the end of the semester, students’ accomplishments are reported in the Final Grading Sheet in the PSU Enrolment System.

The students upon passing a clearance at the Registrar’s Office will be provided a copy of his/her print-out of final grades.

Consultation hours which is indicated in all faculty loading is a period for the students to have a consultation with their faculty. This serves as a coaching and mentoring as well as for addressing specific concerns of the students. Both in the prepandemic and pandemic time consultation hours has been an effective mechanism to monitor the progress of every PSUnians and to address students’ concern
