As institutions of higher education expand their education offerings, the Information Technology Department of Pangasinan State University – Urdaneta City Campus recognizes that supporting faculty members through effective faculty development and professional advancement for instruction is important to the improvement of the quality of educational programs. Pursuance of Master’s Degrees for Contractual Faculty Members

Holding a master’s degree is one of the minimum requirements for permanency as stipulated by the Civil Service Commission.
